Here's How To Lose Belly Fat


I guess I need to apologise to anyone who has jumped to this page, because you can't. Plain and simple, you cannot and never will be able to target, spot reduce or do anything else magical to specifically reduce your belly fat exclusive of losing fat anywhere else.




No matter how much influencer magic fairy dust is thrown around, you can't spot reduce belly fat exclusive of fat or weight loss elsewhere.

And here is why;

  • When you lose weight, you lose it from all over your body, not just in one specific area.

  • Losing belly fat requires an overall reduction in body fat, which can be achieved through a combination of healthy eating, regular exercise, stress reduction, and adequate sleep.


And as for those fat burner supplements, the only thing they are burning is a hole in your wallet. That's another topic for another day.


So, it's back to healthy eating, regular exercise and being mindful that the journey to good health is much more than how you look, more how you feel and let the benefits flow from there.
