Hi Healthy Bloke community. I’ve been going to the gym for 5 weeks and down from 115kg to 107kg. Mostly due to 2x sessions a week at the gym, very light workouts comprising of 10-15 on treadmill, some bodyweight reps on mats, and some light weight work on machines. I do a couple of 40 min brisk walks every weekday too. Diet has been a bit hit and miss, depending on social situations, but definitely being more mindful of what (and how much) goes into the mouth is better than it was prior to start date. I am definitely going to give the Healthy Bloke diet a go - have tried some of the meals before and they’re actually quite simple to cook and surprisingly tasty and enjoyable to eat.
